Overview

The ZEV Technologies OZ9 V2 Elite Hypercomp X is a 9mm handgun featuring a black finish and a 17-round capacity. It pairs a compact OZ9 V2 receiver with a full-sized X grip to improve handling and control without adding unnecessary length or mass. The proprietary steel receiver spans the length of the pistol, integrating the locking block to effectively disperse recoil energy and minimize vibration. The slide utilizes a top channel cut-out that extends to the front of the barrel opening, allowing the front sight to be pinned directly to the barrel so it remains stationary during recoil for easier tracking. The barrel features four tapered vertical ports integrated into the top to vent gases upward and reduce muzzle rise. Additionally, the slide features a patented RMR cut with integrated posts for secure red dot optic mounting. This model comes equipped with a black DLC ZEV Exclusive OZ9 V2 Compact Hyper Comp Signature slide, a black ZEV OZ9 X grip, a black PVD ZEV Optimized match-grade barrel, a black and red ZEV PRO flat face trigger, and a ZEV OZ9 PRO magwell. Included components consist of two Magpul PMAG 17 GL9 magazines and a custom ZEV OZ9 Nanuk case.
