Overview

The XS Sights Ghost Ring Dovetail Sight (HN-0002-5) is a rugged, all-steel sighting system designed for Henry .45-70 rifles equipped with a round barrel and a front sight dovetailed directly into the barrel. This set is engineered for exclusive use with the XS Lever Rail (sold separately) and will not properly zero with other rail systems or models featuring a factory front sight ramp screwed onto the barrel. Precision machined in the USA, the system is fully adjustable for windage and elevation. The rear Ghost Ring sight includes two interchangeable apertures, .230" and .191" inside diameter, to accommodate various lighting conditions and provide an expansive field of view for rapid target acquisition. The included White Stripe (WS) front sight replaces the factory blade and features a black post with a painted white stripe, providing high-contrast visibility against various backgrounds and lighting environments. Installation is a do-it-yourself process, though some users may require alternate front sight heights depending on their specific rifle configuration.
