Overview

The Springfield Armory XD-M Elite Compact OSP is a striker-fired 9mm handgun featuring a 3.8-inch match-grade Melonite-finished barrel. The pistol utilizes the Match Enhanced Trigger Assembly (META), which features a flat-face design, a crisp break, and an integral overtravel stop. This compact platform includes an optics-ready slide with enhanced grasping grooves, an extended and flared magwell, and an ambidextrous slide stop. The handgun is equipped with fiber-optic front sights and a U-Dot rear sight. Its compact grip frame houses a 14-round, double-column stainless steel magazine and includes interchangeable black backstraps. Safety features include an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety, supplemented by both visual and tactile loaded chamber indicators.
