Work Sharp Electric Kitchen Knife Sharpener, Black - CPE2

Overview

The Work Sharp Electric Kitchen Knife Sharpener (CPE2) utilizes flexible ceramic abrasive discs and built-in angle guides to establish and maintain a consistent 20-degree edge on kitchen knives, scissors, shears, and pocketknives. Unlike rigid diamond plates, the flexible abrasives provide a gentler sharpening action, while an integrated ceramic honing wheel maintains edges and refreshes serrated blades between uses. The compact unit features an automated sharpening timer and includes a stowing power cord, P120 ceramic abrasive sharpening discs, a fine grit ceramic honing wheel, and a scissor sharpening guide.
