Overview

The Winchester SX4 Field is a semi-automatic 12-gauge shotgun featuring an advanced aluminum alloy receiver and an active valve gas system designed to cycle a diverse range of loads while reducing felt recoil. It is equipped with a 28-inch back-bored barrel, a chrome-plated chamber and bore, and Invector-Plus choke tubes for consistent pattern performance. Handling improvements include redesigned ergonomics with a smaller pistol grip, textured gripping surfaces, an oversized bolt handle and bolt release, and an ambidextrous reversible crossbolt safety. Sighting is aided by a TRUGLO long bead fiber optic front sight mounted on a ventilated rib. Additional features include a drop-out trigger assembly with a two-pin system, an Inflex technology recoil pad, and a satin oil-finish walnut stock.
