The Wilson Combat Bolt Carrier Assembly is designed for 5.56x45mm rifles and features an NP3-plated finish for enhanced durability and lubricity. The bolt is precision-machined from Carpenter 158 steel and is shot-peened for increased strength. It includes a tool-steel extractor and ejector and is subjected to Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and batch High-Pressure Testing (HPT). The semi-auto carrier assembly includes a Mil-Spec gas key that is chrome-lined and heat-treated according to GI specifications. The gas key is secured using Grade 8 fasteners that are properly staked to ensure reliability under heavy use.
