Overview

The Wilson Combat P365 XMacro grip module is a high-strength molded polymer upgrade designed to enhance the ergonomics and recoil control of the SIG Sauer P365 XMacro platform. Featuring Wilson Combat's signature Starburst grip pattern on the sides and aggressive texturing on the front and backstraps, this module provides superior traction. The design incorporates a high-cut 1911-style beavertail tang, an undercut front strap, and a reshaped, radiused trigger guard to allow for a higher grip on the firearm. This module is compatible with all standard XMacro holsters and includes a 1913 accessory rail. It is factory-configured for models without a manual safety and includes the SIG Sauer magazine release, spring, and lock. The grip module also features internal slots to accommodate rod-style tungsten weights (sold separately) for further balance customization. Installation is straightforward, often requiring no professional gunsmithing.
