Overview

The Wilson Combat AR-10 Receiver Set is a matched upper and lower billet set designed by Bill Wilson and the design team at Berryville to serve as the ultimate precision tactical AR-10 foundation. Expertly CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aerospace aluminum billet stock, this set addresses structural design weaknesses in standard USGI receivers with enhanced tolerances to improve shot-to-shot consistency and reduce firing flex. The upper features an undersized bolt raceway for smoother chambering, extended feed ramps for wide-caliber reliability, an integrated shell deflector, a Picatinny top rail, and a lightened side profile without a forward assist. The enhanced lower includes an oversized, EDM-cut magazine well for rapid reloads, an integral trigger guard for gloved use, precision-threaded receiver holes, and hex-screw bolt catch retention. The set is finished with a durable, hand-prepped Black Armor-Tuff coating.
