Wilson Combat Custom-Tune Spring Kits for full-size 1911 Government .45 ACP handguns are manufactured from high-tensile spring wire to ensure reliable function, smooth operation, consistency, and long service life. Designed to easily and inexpensively improve pistol action and functionality, the kit includes a 10 lb. reduced power recoil spring for light practice loads, an 18.5 lb. extra power recoil spring to increase feeding reliability with factory loads, a reduced power mainspring (hammer spring) at 21 lbs to lower hammer tension and reduce trigger pull, and an extra power firing pin spring to increase drop safety and longevity.
