Overview

The Weatherby SORIX is a full-size, semi-automatic 12-gauge shotgun built on a field-proven inertia recoil system. Featuring a 28-inch vent rib barrel and a steel receiver, the SORIX is designed for performance and reliability in demanding conditions. Both the receiver and barrel are finished with Gray Cerakote for enhanced resistance to the elements. The shotgun features an oversized bolt release, charging handle, and safety, all of which are reversible via the Shift System to accommodate left-handed shooters. The synthetic stock includes a soft cheekpiece, textured touch points, and adjustable shims for customized cast and fitment. The receiver is drilled and tapped (8-40) for optics mounts, and the stepped rib is paired with an LPA fiber optic sight for rapid target acquisition. The SORIX utilizes the Crio Plus choke system and includes five chokes, a choke wrench, and a carrying case.
