Overview

The Weatherby Sorix is a full-size 20-gauge semi-automatic inertia-operated shotgun featuring a 28" vent-rib steel barrel and a burnt bronze Cerakote finish on both the barrel and the steel receiver. Designed for ambidextrous utility, the Sorix incorporates the Shift System, allowing users to easily swap the charging handle and safety for left-handed operation. The receiver is drilled and tapped (8-40 holes) for optics mounts and features an aggressive competition cut, paired with an LPA fiber optic front sight and a stepped rib. Operational controls include an oversized safety, charging handle, and bolt release button. The fixed synthetic stock is finished in Mossy Oak Shadow Grass camouflage with textured touch points, a soft cheekpiece, and adjustable stock shims for customized drop and fitment. The shotgun has a 3" chamber, a capacity of 2+1, an overall length of 49", and a weight of 7.10 pounds. It includes a drop-out trigger group, a choke tube carrying case, a choke wrench, and five CRIO Plus choke tubes (cylinder, improved cylinder, modified, improved modified, and full).
