Overview

The Weatherby Mark V Backcountry Guide TI is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .280 Ackley Improved, designed for hunters who require an ultra-lightweight platform. It features a titanium action that offers superior strength-to-weight ratios and natural corrosion resistance compared to traditional steel. The rifle is equipped with a 22-inch fluted, threaded carbon fiber/stainless steel barrel, complemented by an Accubrake ST titanium muzzle brake to manage recoil. The rifle is housed in a Peak 44 Blacktooth carbon fiber stock featuring a unique hand-painted finish and a 3DHex recoil pad that disperses energy to minimize felt recoil. It includes integrated Spartan Precision adapters in the forend for bipod or tripod attachment. The system also features an adjustable TriggerTech trigger, a 54-degree bolt throw, and a deep spiral-fluted bolt for smooth cycling. The receiver is drilled and tapped for optics.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
