Overview

The Warne Maxima Steel Two-Piece Scope Base is a weaver-style mounting system designed for the Weatherby Mark V Standard (6-lug, including .240 WM) rifle. These bases are machined from solid steel with a matte black finish, offering a low-profile design that allows for the use of iron sights when optics are removed. Each base features a full-width recoil slot to maximize bearing surface for ring recoil keys. These bases are intended for use with weaver-style rings and include all necessary Torx-style T-15 mounting hardware. A torque setting of 25 in/lb is recommended for installation.
