The Traditions Smackdown SST is a .50 caliber muzzleloading bullet utilizing a .45 caliber projectile fitted with an EZ Load 3-petal sabot. This design ensures proper bore rifling engagement and provides a superior gas seal for consistent accuracy and easy loading. The bullet features a tapered copper jacket interlocked with a lead core and is topped with a proprietary yellow spire point polymer tip designed by Hornady to facilitate controlled expansion at muzzleloading velocities.
