Overview

The Tipton Deluxe One-Piece Carbon Fiber Cleaning Rod measures 36 inches in length and is threaded 8-32 to fit .27 to .45 caliber rifles and pistols. Constructed from carbon fiber, the rod will not scratch barrel bores like steel rods or embed abrasive particles like coated rods, and it can bend to an extreme degree before returning to straightness. It features an ergonomic polymer handle in dark red mounted on dual ball bearings to allow the rod to smoothly follow rifling under pressure, along with shank-through construction to permit reasonable hammer blows.
