Overview

The Taylor's & Company Pietta 1858 Remington Conversion Cylinder enables steel-frame black powder revolvers to chamber and fire centerfire cowboy ammunition. Constructed from certified 4150 steel for the cylinder body and 4140 steel for the top plate, this 6-round fluted stainless steel cylinder is built for superior strength. It features a removable rear plate containing integrated firing pins and an indexing pin for alignment. Designed for drop-in use without an FFL requirement, it is strictly restricted to steel-frame revolvers using black powder equivalent lead-bullet loads.
