Overview
The Taurus Raging Hunter is a large-frame, double-action/single-action revolver chambered in .454 Casull with a 5-round capacity. Built on a steel frame with a matte black oxide finish, it features a 5.12-inch barrel utilizing an innovative angular design with an inner steel sleeve inside an aluminum housing to reduce overall weight and improve balance. To help manage heavy recoil, the barrel is factory-ported and incorporates an integrated gas expansion chamber that directs gases to reduce muzzle lift. The revolver comes equipped with a top Picatinny rail for optics mounting, fixed front and adjustable rear sights, a transfer bar safety, and comfortable black rubber grips with integrated red cushioned inserts.
