Overview

The Taurus GX4 XL is a semi-automatic compact handgun chambered in 9mm Luger, featuring a 3.7-inch barrel and a 10-round capacity. Built on a reinforced polymer frame with a black steel TORO (Taurus Optic Ready Option) slide, the GX4 XL offers an extended slide profile that increases sight radius and muzzle velocity for improved accuracy. The direct-thread, no-plate optic cut accommodates popular micro red dot sights such as the Shield RMSc, Holosun HS507K X2, Sightmark Mini Shot A-Spec M3, and Trijicon RMR cc via an adapter plate. Sighting is rounded out by a blackout steel serrated drift-adjustable rear sight and a fixed white dot front sight. The grip features an interchangeable backstrap system, including a standard profile with a slight palm swell and a high-swell backstrap for shooters favoring a higher wrist position and natural point-of-aim. The pistol comes complete with two 10-round magazines.
