Overview

The SureFire WARCOMP-556-CTN is a closed-tine flash hider designed for 5.56mm caliber rifles with 1/2x28 threaded barrels. Engineered to provide a balance of flash suppression and recoil management, its neutrally ported design helps minimize muzzle rise to assist in target tracking and follow-up shots. The closed-tine configuration reduces the risk of snagging in dense vegetation while effectively eliminating the tuning-fork ringing common in open-prong devices. Crafted from heat-treated, U.S. mill-certified stainless steel, the flash hider is finished with a durable, non-reflective black DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating that protects against corrosion and gas erosion. Beyond its muzzle performance, the WARCOMP serves as a high-precision mounting adapter for SureFire SOCOM Series Fast-Attach suppressors. Wrench flats are machined into the sides of the adapter to facilitate easier installation.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
