Overview

The Surefire SOCOM Muzzle Brake is precision-machined from U.S. mill-certified, heat-treated stainless steel bar stock to fit 7.62mm (.308 caliber) rifles with 5/8"-24 threaded barrels, including AR-10 and LR-308 platforms. Featuring a proprietary Impulse Diffusion design with offset porting, it significantly reduces recoil impulse and muzzle rise, allowing the weapon to track straight back for faster follow-up shots while minimizing side blast. Finished with a black Ionbond DLC coating for extreme durability and easy cleaning, the brake also serves as a secure mounting adapter for Surefire SOCOM Series Fast-Attach sound suppressors. It incorporates multiple bearing surfaces for superior suppressor alignment and a rear labyrinth seal to prevent carbon buildup on the indexing system. Additionally, the design includes blind pilot holes at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions to allow recoil tuning and pin-and-weld installations on short-barreled rifles.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
