Overview

The SureFire M640V Scout Pro is an infrared-capable, rifle-mounted weapon light designed for tactical applications. Constructed from lightweight aerospace aluminum with a Mil-Spec hard-anodized finish, it is O-ring sealed for environmental protection. The light delivers 350 lumens of white light and 120 mW of infrared output, with spectrum selection achieved by rotating the bezel. It utilizes a proprietary TIR lens to provide a hybrid beam pattern that balances long-range illumination with ample surround light for situational awareness. This model features SureFire’s Low-Profile Mount (LPM), which allows the user to optimize the light's position relative to the rail. The mount attaches securely to MIL-STD-1913 or M-LOK rails. The unit is powered by two 123A lithium batteries and is activated via a simple push-button Z68 tailcap switch.
