Overview
The SureFire M640DF Scout Pro is a dual-fuel weapon light finished in black anodized aluminum with O-ring seals for water resistance. Utilizing the versatile Low-Profile Mount (LPM), it attaches securely to MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny and M-LOK rails while allowing adjustment of the light's position relative to the rail. The recoil-proof LED is powered by either two 123A batteries (delivering 1,200 lumens) or the included SF18650B rechargeable lithium-ion battery via Micro-USB (delivering 1,500 lumens). Its Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens produces a hybrid beam pattern suited for close- to longer-range applications, and the unit is operated via a push-button Z68 on/off tailcap switch.
