Overview

The Superlative Arms "Bleed Off" gas block is an adjustable, low-profile, direct impingement gas block designed for AR-15 and LR-308 platforms. Unlike conventional blocks that restrict gas flow, this system functions by bleeding excess gas out of the block, which allows the rifle to operate cleaner and cooler while reducing felt recoil. Constructed for 0.936" diameter barrels, the block features a patented adjustment detent located on the exterior, allowing for easy, tool-free access without disassembly. It includes a safety mechanism to prevent the adjustment screw from being completely backed out. The kit comes pre-assembled with two 10-32 set screws, a gas tube roll pin, a 3/32" L-shaped hex key, and installation documentation.
