Overview

The Strike Industries Hyperion Armor RF2/Level III+ Plate provides standalone hard armor protection tested to meet NIJ Standard 0101.07 RF2. Constructed using advanced ballistic materials including Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE), SiO2 ceramic, and a special composite matrix, it is designed to absorb impact and stop up to six rounds of threats such as M80, M855, M193, and MSC 7.62x39mm rounds while maintaining a back face deformation of less than 1.73 inches. Measuring 10 by 12 inches with a thickness of approximately 0.98 inches, this shooters-cut plate features a 2D curve shape, an olive drab polyurethane coating for enhanced durability, and a lightweight profile of approximately 4.63 lbs.
