Overview

The Streamlight TLR-8 HL-X G Sub is a multi-fuel weapon-mounted tactical light featuring a high-output white LED and an integrated green laser, engineered specifically for subcompact handguns such as the Glock 43X MOS/RAIL and 48 MOS/RAIL, SIG SAUER P365 series, and Springfield Armory Hellcat models. Constructed from durable anodized machined aluminum with IPX4 water resistance, it utilizes either a single CR123A lithium battery or Streamlight's SL-B9 USB-C rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack. When powered by the SL-B9 battery pack, the light delivers 1,000 lumens, 10,000 candela, and a 200-meter beam for up to 30 minutes on its default setting, with a programmable 500-lumen mode. Using a CR123A battery provides 500 lumens and a 1.5-hour runtime. The unit features ambidextrous rear paddle switches with high and low options, a user-enabled strobe function, and a safe-off feature to prevent accidental activation.
