Overview

The Stern Defense AR-15 SD 4 MOD4 Complete Upper Receiver is chambered in .45 ACP and features a 4-inch barrel housed within a free-float M-LOK handguard machined from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum with a hard-coat anodized finish, integrated quick-disconnect swivel holes, and a secure clamp-on mounting system. The mil-spec flat-top upper receiver is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a hard-coat anodized finish, mil-spec dry film lube in the bore, and includes a laser-engraved dust cover and forward assist. The assembly comes complete with a Stern Defense SD BU Glock-cut bolt, an SD CH1 enhanced charging handle, and an SD HBC blast can muzzle device designed to direct muzzle gases and blasts away from the shooter.
