Starline 38 Special +P Brass comes in a bulk pack of 100 unprimed cases composed of 70% copper and 30% zinc. Vertically drawn during manufacturing to ensure uniform wall thickness and annealed between each draw for consistent metallurgy, each case is hand-inspected for quality. As bulk rifle and pistol brass, new cases should be full-length sized, straightened, chamfered, and deburred before loading.
