Overview
The Springfield Armory 1911 Ronin is a single-action, semi-automatic handgun chambered in 10mm Auto. Built on a forged stainless steel frame with a blued forged carbon steel slide, this pistol features a 5-inch hammer-forged, match-grade stainless steel barrel and Crossed Cannon laminate wood grips. The slide is optics-ready and comes with a factory-installed Hex Dragonfly red dot, while the fiber optic front sight remains visible for backup use. The rear sight is a Tactical Rack style with white dots for one-handed cycling. Additional features include a skeletonized Gen 2 Speed Trigger, an enhanced beavertail grip safety with a memory bump, and ambidextrous thumb safety engagement. The pistol has a capacity of 8+1 and weighs 40 ounces with an overall length of 8.6 inches. It is compatible with Agency Optic System (AOS) plates and ships with a magazine and a double-zipper soft-sided case.
