Overview

The Springfield Armory 1911 Mil-Spec is a California-compliant, full-size pistol chambered in .45 ACP. Built on a forged carbon steel frame and slide with a black parkerized finish, it features a 5-inch stainless steel match-grade barrel and a classic GI-style recoil system. The pistol includes traditional 1911-A1 appointments such as an arched mainspring housing and a combat-style trigger, complemented by Crossed Cannon Cocobolo grips. Designed for reliability and performance, the Mil-Spec is equipped with 3-dot fixed combat sights and rear slant slide serrations. The safety system includes both grip and thumb safeties. This firearm has an overall length of 8.6 inches and weighs 39 ounces. Each unit ships with two 7-round blued steel magazines and a carrying case.
