Overview

The Springfield Armory Operator 1911 is a duty-grade pistol chambered in .45 ACP featuring a forged carbon steel frame and slide with a subdued Tungsten Gray finish. It is equipped with a 5-inch DLC-coated barrel, a full-length dust cover with an integrated Picatinny rail, and aggressive front and rear slide serrations. The Agency Optic System (AOS) allows for the mounting of various popular red dot sights using interchangeable plates. Handling is supported by full ambidextrous thumb safety and slide stop controls, and the pistol ships with two 8-round magazines.
