The Springfield Armory Model 2020 Waypoint is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .308 Win / 7.62x51mm, engineered to deliver custom-grade accuracy backed by a .75 MOA guarantee. It features a 20-inch fluted 416 stainless steel barrel with a Graphite Black Cerakote finish and an integrated SA Radial Muzzle Brake. The stainless steel receiver is drilled and tapped with a Picatinny rail (Remington 700 short-action pattern). The fluted 4140 tool steel nitrided bolt utilizes dual locking lugs running smoothly down EDM raceways, an optimized extraction cam, and dual cocking cams for toolless disassembly. The rifle wears a 100% carbon fiber fixed stock in Ridgeline Camo with an adjustable TriggerTech friction-release trigger featuring a low-profile, non-snag safety. It includes a 5-round AICS short action detachable box magazine.
