The Smith & Wesson Performance Center M&P M2.0 Competitor is a striker-fired, full-size 9mm handgun designed for competitive shooting. It features a 5-inch steel barrel and a tungsten gray Cerakote aluminum frame with an integrated Picatinny-style rail. The slide is constructed from stainless steel with a black Armornite finish and is optic-ready with serrations. Key performance features include a flat-faced trigger, a flared magwell for fast reloads, and an enhanced sear for a lighter, crisper trigger pull. The pistol has a 17+1 capacity and features an 18-degree grip angle with four interchangeable palmswell grip inserts. The sight configuration includes a green fiber optic front sight and a blacked-out rear sight. The firearm also includes a patented take-down lever and sear deactivation system that allows for disassembly without pulling the trigger.
