The Smith & Wesson M&P Shield is a slim, lightweight, and easily concealable semi-automatic micro-compact handgun chambered in .40 S&W. This CA-compliant model features a matte black polymer frame paired with a stainless steel barrel and serrated slide finished in durable black Armornite for corrosion resistance. Designed with a convenient 18-degree grip angle for a natural point of aim, the striker-fired pistol incorporates a short, consistent trigger pull, a manual thumb safety, a tactile loaded chamber indicator, and a magazine safety. It also includes patented take-down and sear deactivation systems that allow for disassembly without pulling the trigger. Sighting is handled by high-visibility HiViz fiber optic sights. This package includes both a 6-round magazine and a 7-round magazine.
