The Sinclair International Generation II Expander Die Body is a precision case-preparation tool designed for handloaders who size case necks using mandrels rather than standard expander balls. Covering a mandrel range from .17 to .338 caliber, this stainless steel die features standard 7/8"-14 threads for compatibility with single-stage and turret presses. The Generation II design fully captures the mandrel inside the die body with an O-ring in the cap that allows the mandrel to float and self-center within the case neck, minimizing runout and ensuring consistent neck tension. A Sinclair stainless steel split lock ring is included for repeatable depth settings.
