Overview

The SilencerCo .578"-28 thread piston is designed for .45 ACP caliber handguns and is compatible with the Octane, Osprey, Omega K, and Hybrid 46 suppressor families. Constructed from 17-4 stainless steel and heat-treated for maximum durability, this piston is a core component of the Nielsen device, which enables proper semi-automatic cycling by allowing the suppressor to move during the firing cycle. The black-finished piston features female threading to attach securely to compatible firearm barrels. It is designed to be easily interchangeable, allowing users to adapt their suppressors for different host weapons or sub-calibers. For fixed-barrel applications, this piston can be used in conjunction with an optional fixed barrel spacer.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
