Overview

The SIG Sauer X Series 1911 pistol is a full-size, single-action-only handgun chambered in .45 ACP, combining classic 1911 ergonomics with modern enhancements. It features a 5-inch carbon steel barrel with a black DLC finish, a stainless steel frame and slide finished in Coyote PVD, and an optics-ready interface housing a factory-installed SIG Sauer ROMEO-X Compact red dot optic. The ROMEO-X utilizes a 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum housing with a 2 MOA dot and 32 MOA circle reticle, 15 brightness settings, and MOTAC motion-activated illumination. Additional features include XRAY3 Day/Night sights, an adjustable flat blade trigger, an undercut trigger guard, front and rear slide serrations, an extended ambidextrous manual safety, an extended slide stop, custom black LOK G10 grip panels, and a removable metal magwell. The pistol ships with two 8-round steel magazines.
