The Sig Sauer P365-XMacro grip module is a factory replacement frame designed for 9mm pistols, featuring a coyote polymer construction with laser-engraved stippling and a flared magazine well. Built for use without a manual safety, it is compatible with P365 Firing Control Units (excluding manual safety versions), 17-round P365-XMacro magazines, and P365XL or X-Macro slide assemblies. The module includes an integrated 1913 Picatinny accessory rail for mounting lights or lasers and ships with three interchangeable backstraps in small, medium, and large sizes, with the medium backstrap preinstalled.
