Overview

The Sig Sauer P365 X-Macro Grip Module is a factory-original replacement frame designed to enhance the ergonomics and recoil management of P365 series pistols. Constructed from high-strength black polymer, this module features a full-length 1913 Picatinny accessory rail for lights and lasers, an extended beavertail for a higher purchase, and updated texturing. This kit includes three interchangeable backstraps (small, medium, and large) to customize grip geometry and trigger reach, with the medium size pre-installed. It is compatible with all P365 Fire Control Units (FCUs) except for manual safety versions. The module is designed for use with 17-round P365-XMacro magazines and requires a compatible P365XL or XMacro length slide assembly. The installation is a straightforward process that does not require gunsmithing.
