Overview

The Shield Sights OMSxl is an Open Mini XL reflex red dot sight designed for competitive shooting. It features an enlarged, crystal-clear octagon-shaped glass lens that provides an 80% increase in viewing area compared to the standard Mini-Sight range, enhancing target transitions and situational awareness. The sight utilizes a translucent roof architecture to deliver an unrestricted, distortion-free optical image. Machined from aerospace-grade aluminum, the OMSxl is built to precise tolerances and mounts directly to the standard Shield footprint. It features an automatic brightness adjustment sensor and is powered by a CR2032 battery, offering up to 20,000 hours of runtime in average daylight. The optic includes Shield’s patented mechanism, which allows for co-witnessing with iron sights and utilizes a non-click adjustment system for precise zeroing.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
