Overview

The Shaw Barrels titanium sleeve barrel blank features a 284-caliber 416R stainless steel core covered by a spiral-fluted polished titanium tension sleeve. The barrel has a 1.200-inch outside diameter straight shank for 2.700 inches, tapering to 1.000 inch for the remainder of the length. When installing, use shims for timing muzzle devices and do not exceed 40 ft/lbs of torque on muzzle attachments. The titanium sleeve should not be subjected to clamping forces or disassembly.
