Overview

The Shaw Barrels Titanium Sleeve Spiral Fluted Barrel Blank is chambered in .257 caliber with a 22-inch length, a 1:7.5" twist rate, and a stainless steel core featuring a polished titanium tension sleeve. The outer sleeve includes spiral fluting and is finished with a polished titanium appearance. The blank features a 1.200" O.D. straight shank measuring 2.700" long, a taper from 1.200" to 1.000" over 2.250", and a 1.000" O.D. section to the muzzle. Installation guidelines specify using shims for timing muzzle devices without crush washers, limiting muzzle device torque to 40 ft/lbs, avoiding disassembly of the forward locking nut, and preventing clamping forces on the titanium sleeve.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
