Overview

The Shadow Systems War Poet MR920 is a 9mm Luger semi-automatic pistol featuring a 4.5-inch fluted, threaded barrel. Designed in collaboration with the Warrior Poet Society, this model incorporates aggressive chevron serrations on the front, rear, and top of the slide to facilitate easy manipulation. The pistol is built on the MR920 platform, which includes a patented multi-footprint optic cut that allows for the direct mounting of most major red dot optic brands without the need for adapter plates. The frame features configurable ergonomics, including interchangeable backstraps to adjust the grip angle, an extended beavertail, and an aggressive trigger guard undercut to assist in recoil management. The flat-faced aluminum trigger provides a crisp, tactile reset with a 4.5 to 5.0 lb pull. The pistol has a 15-round capacity and includes features such as a green tritium front sight and a wrap-around grip texture for enhanced control. All metal components feature a durable Melonite finish for corrosion resistance.
