Overview

The Shadow Systems DR920L Elite is a striker-fired, full-size 9mm duty pistol featuring a long-slide configuration designed to reduce muzzle flip. The slide is machined from 17-4 PH stainless steel with a black nitride finish and includes front/rear directional serrations, a window cut, and an optic cut that allows for the direct mounting of most mini red dot optics without plates. The 5.3-inch match-grade barrel is conventionally rifled and spiral-fluted, featuring a bronze TiCN finish. The black polymer frame includes an extended beavertail, an aggressive trigger guard undercut, and wrap-around grip texture. It features the NPOA (Natural Point of Aim) backstrap system, which includes three interchangeable backstraps to customize the pistol's angle to the shooter. The trigger is a flat-faced aluminum model with a 4.5–5 lb pull weight and a crisp reset. The pistol includes green tritium front night sights and a black serrated rear sight, and has a 17+1 round capacity.
