Overview

The Shadow Systems DR920 Elite is a full-size, striker-fired 9mm pistol designed to integrate with existing G17 holsters, magazines, and gear. Built on a black polymer frame featuring an extended upswept beavertail, a Picatinny rail, and aggressive wrap-around grip texture, it includes interchangeable backstraps to accommodate the shooter's natural point of aim. The pistol is equipped with a 5-inch match-grade spiral-fluted threaded barrel with a 1/2"x28 thread pattern and a bronze TiCN finish, paired with a black nitride stainless steel slide featuring front, rear, and topside directional serrations as well as a weight-optimizing window cut. The optic-cut slide allows direct mounting of most major mini red dot sights without intervening adapter plates, co-witnessing with the tritium front and black serrated rear sights. Operating controls include a drop-safe, flat-faced aluminum trigger with a 4.5 to 5.0-pound pull and a crisp, tactile reset. The pistol ships with a 17+1 capacity and an optional magwell.
