Overview

The Shadow Systems XR920 Elite is a striker-fired 9mm Luger pistol designed to bridge the gap between compact and full-size duty platforms. Built on a Flat Dark Earth polymer frame with an extended beavertail, a Picatinny rail, and aggressive wrap-around texturing, it features interchangeable backstraps for a custom grip angle. The slide is constructed from 17-4 stainless steel with a Flat Dark Earth Cerakote finish, featuring front, rear, and topside directional serrations, as well as a weight-reducing window cut. The 4.5-inch match-grade 416R stainless steel barrel is conventionally rifled, spiral-fluted, and finished with bronze TiCN for corrosion resistance. This optics-ready model comes factory-configured with an Aimpoint ACRO P-2 3.5 MOA red dot mounted directly to the slide, eliminating the need for adapter plates and allowing for co-witnessing with the included green tritium front and black serrated rear sights. Internally, the XR920 features a drop-safe, flat-faced aluminum trigger with a pull weight of 4.5–5.0 lbs, a stainless steel guide rod, and a reliable striker-fired action. Measuring 7.25 inches in length and 5.25 inches in height, the pistol includes a 17-round magazine and offers a total capacity of 17+1.
