Overview

The Savage Arms Axis 2 XP is a right-handed, bolt-action rifle chambered in 7mm-08 Rem. It features a 22-inch sporter contour barrel and a black carbon steel receiver that is drilled and tapped for optics. The rifle comes factory-equipped with a 3-9x40mm scope, which is bore-sighted and features fully multi-coated lenses with tool-less windage and elevation adjustments. The rifle is built with a gray fixed synthetic stock that includes enhanced texturing and ambidextrous palm swells for improved ergonomics. It utilizes a 4-round detachable box magazine and features Savage’s user-adjustable AccuTrigger, allowing for a customized trigger pull.
