Overview

The Samson Evolution Series AR-15 handguard is a 7.6-inch, free-float rail system constructed from 6010 T6 aluminum with a matte black, mil-spec hard-coat anodized finish. It attaches to a standard barrel nut using a two-piece 303 stainless steel thermal bushing and dual alignment tabs to prevent rotation. The design features continuous top Picatinny rail mounting, generous ventilation slots, and a 1.56-inch inner diameter that accommodates most suppressors. This handguard is relieved for compatibility with aftermarket piston systems and includes two 2-inch and one 4-inch customizable rail sections. Installation does not require specialized tools or barrel removal.
