Overview

The Samson Evolution Free Float Rail is a customizable 11-inch AR-15 handguard constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum with a matte black hard-coat anodized finish. Designed to attach directly to a standard factory barrel nut using a 303 stainless steel two-piece thermal bushing, it incorporates dual locking tabs to prevent rotation under stress. The thermal bushing and generous ventilation slots help mitigate heat transfer to the operator's hand. It features a continuous Mil-Spec Picatinny top rail with alignment tabs, is relieved to accommodate aftermarket gas piston systems, and has a 1.56-inch inner diameter capable of fitting most suppressors. The system includes two 2-inch and one 4-inch customizable rail sections.
