Overview

The Safariland 6378 ALS is an outside-the-waistband (OWB) holster designed for the S&W M&P 2.0 40 with a 4.25-inch barrel. It features the Automatic Locking System (ALS), which secures the firearm upon holstering and allows for a smooth, straight-up draw once the thumb release is deactivated. The holster is constructed from durable, thermoformed SafariLaminate with a soft SafariSuede lining to protect the firearm's sights and finish. Designed for a high, close-to-the-body ride for better concealment, the 6378 includes both a paddle attachment and a belt loop attachment. The paddle is contoured for hip carry with a slight forward cant, while the belt loop is adjustable for cant and fits belts from 1.5 inches to 1.75 inches in width.
