Overview

The Safariland Model 6378 ALS Paddle Holster is a streamlined, concealment-focused duty holster designed for right-handed shooters. Featuring the Automatic Locking System (ALS), it utilizes an internal locking device to secure the firearm safely in any direction while still allowing a simple, straight-up draw when the release is engaged. Constructed from rugged SafariLaminate with an STX plain black finish, the holster includes an interior SafariSuede lining to protect the weapon's sights and finish. Its compact, semi-high-ride injection-molded paddle design rides close to the body with a slightly forward weapon cant for comfort and concealability. It also comes standard with a 567BL belt loop accommodating 1.5-inch to 1.75-inch belt widths and is IDPA competition approved. This model is engineered to fit Springfield XD pistols chambered in 9mm, .40 S&W, .357 SIG, and .45 ACP equipped with a 4-inch barrel.
